is registered.
No POP3/IMAP4 server
address is programmed.
Cannot log on to the POP3/
IMAP4 server.
Messages Displayed When Using the Facsimile Function
Solution
• In [System Settings], under [File
Transfer], select [Fax E-mail
Account], and then check that
"Email Address" is correctly
programmed. See "File Transfer",
Network and System Settings
Guide
. You can also use the
Web Image Monitor for
confirmation. See the Web Image
Monitor's Help.
• Contact your network
administrator.
• In [System Settings], under [File
Transfer], select [POP3/IMAP4
Settings], and then check "Server
Name" is correctly programmed.
