Select [Administrator Tools] using [ ] or [ ], and then press the [OK] key.

Select [Service Mode Lock] using [ ] or [ ], and then press the [OK] key.

Select [Off] using [ ] or [ ], and then press the [OK] key.

Press the [User Tools/Counter] key.

The service representative can switch to service mode.
