Features and Specifications Manual
Call Pickup Direct allows station users to answer any call directed at another
station. This permits efficient handling of calls that are directed to unattended
stations.
Terminal Type:
All Multiline Terminals
Required Components:
None
To receive an incoming call:
1.
Unattended station A receives a call.

or lift the handset at station B.
3.
Dial Access Code
4.
Dial the number for station A and begin talking.
Data Assignment:
Use Memory Blocks 1-1-46 and 1-1-47 [Access code (1- or 2-Digit)
