A caller that receives a call waiting tone during an internal call can dial 2
(default) to access the next higher station number in the same 10s group (e.g.,
10~19, 20~29, or 110~119).

After calling a station and receiving a call waiting tone:

receiving busy tone (e.g., System Call Park locations 0 and 1 are
busy, and an attempt is made to park in location 0):
