Installing Serial Devices

This section tells you how to install serial devices. Serial devices include:
• dial and button boxes
• dials box
• digitizer tablet

Installing the Device

To install a serial device, follow these steps:
1. Unpack the serial device and cables.
2. Locate the serial connector on the back of the Indigo chassis.
The serial connectors are labelled 1 and 2.
Caution: Do not connect the serial devices to the connector labelled keyboard.
