The followings may be the cause:
• The communication is disconnected while reading or writing due to some reason.
• Close process of the file failed due to some reason

An SSL/TLS connection error occurred.
• The destination HTTP server for the scanned document is accessible by PC.
• SSL settings for the HTTP server is correct.
• The HTTP server name
• The HTTP server path name
The SSL server certificate may have a problem.

2)Check whether the SSL server certificate is registered on the HTTP server.
3)Check whether the SSL server certificate is valid.
Check the followings:
- the certificate is unexpired
- the time set on the machine is correct
- the certificate is not on the discard list
4)Check the certificate path to the SSL server certificate, and import the required CA
certificate.
5)If the SSL server certificated is not registered on the HTTP server, disable the [Verify
Remote Server Certificate] setting.
A client certificate authentication error occurred on the HTTP server.
• The destination HTTP server for the scanned document is accessible by PC.
• The SSL client certificate is registered on the machine.
• The device certificate is correctly registered on the HTTP server.
