The commands on the Options menu vary depending on which screen is open.
If the Address screen is open
If Address View is open
Choose a different font (text) style for your entries.
Set how you want the Address Book to list information.
Remember last category—If you select this check box, the
Address Book shows the last category you used when you
return to it from another application. If you clear it, the
Address Book shows the entries for all categories.
List By—Sort address entries by last name or by company.
Create your own names for the four custom fields. Your
changes apply to all of your Address Book entries.
Select Show records, mask records, or hide records.
Show version information for the Address Book application.
Open the Speed Dial application.
Open the Voice Dial application.
