gets busy signal. Most data calls are
outgoing, not incoming, and Pipe-
lines are often used for Internet
research.
Cover buttons for associates;
associates' secretary's Cover
buttons set for 2-ring delay; general
secretary's cover buttons are set for
4-ring delay, to handle calls when
associates' secretary is not
available.
Use screen-pop CTI application for
identifying outside callers and
bringing up database information on
each caller as the calls come in; use
another CTI application for power
dialing.
