Keywords & Binding Characters
Resource:
Command Line: -ttyModes "keyword key"
Default Setting: Not applicable
These commands enable you to configure keys to perform specific tasks when
pressed. For example, you could specify that pressing the keys Ctrl + a will cause
the character at the current cursor position to be erased.
Valid keywords include: brk, dsusp, eof, eol, erase, flush, intr, kill, lnext, quit,
rprnt, start, stop, susp, swtch, and weras.
To specify control characters, precede the key character following the keyword by a
hat character (^). For example, ^a specifies the keys Ctrl + a. The delete function
may be specified by ^?.
The following command line example specifies that the keys Ctrl + a will cause the
character at the current cursor position to be erased when pressed.
