Example of Using Memory AIO

The example will show you how to read data from a remote AI module and then write data to the
shared memory (AO) of the DO module.
Remote IP
PET-2217 (AI)

Configure the following setttings on the Pair page of the
ET-2260 module.
1. Click Enable Mode and choose the PULL mode (Remote AI to Local AO) to enable this function.
2. In the Remote IP... : Port field, enter the IP address and TCP port (502) of the PET-2217.
In the IO Count field, enter the number of mapped AI/AO. (E.g., 4)
In the Local IO Address field, select "4x: Holding Register/..." and enter the starting address of
the shared memory (AO). (E.g., 3000).
In the Remote IO Address field, select "3x: Input Register/..." and enter the starting AI address.
(E.g., 0).
3. Click the "Submit..." button to complete the configuration.
4. The user can download the Modbus Master Tool on the ICP DAS website for reading data of
the shared memory.
