SuperIO Configuration submenu

The SuperIO Configuration submenu allows you to configure options of the
Super I/O Controller chip on the motherboard. This chip controls the serial ports.
Meaning
This item allows you to set the base address of the RS-232 serial por t (top serial port).
By selecting Disabled, the serial port is unavailable for use. By selecting 3F8 (or 3E8 or 2E8), you are
selecting 3F8 (or 3E8 or 2E8) as the base address of the RS-232 serial port.
This item allows you to set the interrupt request (IRQ) address for the RS-232 serial port (top serial port).
This item allows you to set the base address of the RS-232/RS-485 serial port (bottom serial port).
By selecting Disabled, the serial port is unavailable for use. By selecting 2F8 (or 3E8 or 2E8), you are
selecting 2F8 (or 3E8 or 2E8) as the base address of the RS-232/RS-485 serial por t.

The Hardware Health Configuration submenu reports temperature data at
specific points on the motherboard, voltages, and the speed of the internal fan.
Meaning
These items report the temperature of different chips on the motherboard.
This item reports the speed of the fan connected to the top-most accessory device power connector (when
looking at the motherboard from the front panel).
This item reports the SO-DIMM power supply voltage.
This item reports the CPU core voltage (changes dynamically).
This item reports the on-board generated 3.3 V rail voltage.
This item reports the on-board generated 5 V rail voltage.
This item reports the on-board generated 12 V rail (11.3 V nominal) voltage.
This item reports the on-board generated 3.3 V auxiliary rail voltage.
This item reports the CMOS battery voltage.
