PCI Express Configuration submenu
The PCI Express Configuration submenu allows you to enable or disable the
PCIe link power states. PCIe link power states save power when the PCIe bus is
not being used to transfer data.
Meaning
This item allows you to enable or disable the PCIe link power states.
By selecting Disabled, the PCIe link power states are unavailable. By selecting Enabled, the PCIe link power
states are available.
For Matrox 4Sight X, it is strongly recommended that you set this option to Disabled (default).

management BIOS (SMBIOS) SMI wrapper support for Plug 'n Play function
50h-54h.
Meaning
