is used. All depth values indicating deeper water than the specified safety depth
are shown with grey colour.

contour for the depth value you have specified, the nearest contour with a larger
absolute depth value is shown. The area inside this contour line is shown with a
dark blue colour.

marked with depth values at regular intervals. If the map does not have a contour
for the depth value you have specified, the nearest contour with a larger absolute
depth value is shown. This contour line will not be marked with depth values. The
area inside this contour line is marked with darker colours than outside.
