This publication provides you with the basic information required to
calibrate the echo sounder system for current indicator measurements.
The publication is valid for the following products:
• Simrad ES80
• Simrad CP60
The software license controls which product you have. The product
name on the top bar changes accordingly.
Caution
You must never permit the echo sounder system to transmit (ping)
when the ship is in a dry dock. The transducer can be damaged if it
transmits in the open air.
