5. To add an operator to the queue, click the Operators TAB, then click
the user name in the Available Users list. Click Add>>.
6. To remove an operator from the Assigned Operators list, click the
Operators TAB. Click the user name in the Assigned Users list.
Click <<Move.
7. Once you have finished with queue management click OK.
