ERROR CODE and TROUBLESHOOTING
• This message appears when deleting the job on the
screen.
• When there are running jobs, perform the job in error
again after the completion of the running jobs.
• If the error still occurs, turn the power OFF and then back
ON, and perform the job again.
• Delete unnecessary private print jobs and invalid
department print jobs.
• Perform the authentication or register as a user, and then
perform the printing again.
• Check department information registered in this
equipment.
