    3.Setting the IP Fax Function  General settings You can select whether to enable or disable the IP Fax Send function and the IP Fax Receive function. Set the necessary settings from the [Administrator] tab displayed by logging into TopAccess by means of the administrator privilege (access policy mode).

This mode is suitable when you are frequently transmitting text documents with normal size characters.

This enables you to specify groups instead of each recipient separately when operating IP Fax transmission. In the address book, you can register up to 200 groups. You can register up to 400 members in a group. Both the fax number and the IP Fax number cannot be registered in one address together.

You cannot enter destinations if [Restriction of Destination Selection Method]-[Prohibit Direct Entry] is enabled.     4.Using the IP Fax Function  Inbound FAX routing ITU-T communications function between fax devices with ITU-T support and enable fax transmission to and retrieval from mailboxes. The IP Fax function does not support [Inbound FAX routing]. However, you can specify the IP Fax destination to [Destination Setting] and [Relay End Terminal Report] when an agent is set by selecting [Forward] for [Internet/ Fax(Relay)] in the [MailBox Setting] screen.
