Problems
The machine does not move
Poor boost pressure
The machine drive is low
No steer selection

Causes
Drive pump not well calibrated.
Valves damaged.
Hydraulic oil filter clogged.
Boost pump damaged.
Hydraulic engine damaged.
Boost valve not well calibrated.
Hydraulic oil filter clogged.
Low hydraulic oil level.
Hydraulic oil contaminated.
Boost pump not well calibrated.
Steer selection electrovalve damaged.
Loose cables (GTH 4013EX).
Brake control lever in the cab damaged
(GTH 4017EX GTH 4514EX).
Sway cyilinders damaged.
Block valves damaged.

Solutions
Re-calibrate the pump (see par. 2 -
section "Technical Specifications")
Check and replace the valves if
necessary.
Check and replace the cartridge if
necessary.
Change the pump.
Change the engine.
Re-calibrate the valve (see par. 2 -
section "Technical Specifications")
Check and replace the cartridge if
necessary.
R e p l e n i s h t h e t a n k u p t o t h e
recommended level.
Drain the oil, clean tank and pipes,
empty the pumps and add new oil.
Re-calibrate the pump (see par. 2 -
section "Technical Specifications")
Check the coil and the movement of the
inner electrovalve pin.
Tension the cables and check the
relevant clamps.
Check the control lever and replace if
necessary.
Check or replace the internal seals, if
necessary.
Check the sliders and the coils of the
electrovalves.
