Error in analog output

State
Current output is not
matched.
Not 4mA when
measurement value is 0.
Output is 0mA.
Output rises beyond
20mA.
The output becomes
lower than 4mA.
Indication is changed but
analog output remains
the same.
Indication does not agree
with analog output.
Analog output doesn't
change even after it has
been adjusted.

Error in input temperature

State
"UNDER RANGE" is
indicated on LCD display.
"OVER RANGE" is
indicated on LCD display.
"UNDER RANGE" and
"-210°C" are indicated.
"OVER RANGE" and
"892.5°C" are indicated.
Measured value won't
change in spite of actual
temperature change

Remedying a hardware fault

If the hardware is found faulty as a result of Section 6.3.1 to section 6.3.8 above, provide specific details to Fuji Electric.
Probable cause
Range setting is wrong.
Analog output is misadjusted.
Break of wiring
"OVER RANGE" appears on the LCD.
"UNDER RANGE" appears on the LCD.
The output load is 600 Ω or more.
Analog output is misadjusted.
Hard failure
Probable cause
Fluid temperature is below -45°C.
Fluid temperature is above 205°C.
Break of resistance bulb
Hardware failure
Set the range correctly.
Perform analog output calibration.
Range over
 Recommence setting of range data of
analog output.
Back flow
 Set upper/lower stream properly.
 It must be less than 600 Ω.
 Perform analog output calibration.
 Contact manufacturer or service.
Overrange
Check fluid temperature.
Overrange
Check fluid temperature.
