6.5.5. Error in analog output

Status
Current output is not
matched.
Not 4mA when
measurement value is 0.
Output is 0mA.
Output rises beyond
20mA.
The output becomes
lower than 4mA.
Indication is changed but
analog output remains
the same.
Indication does not agree
with analog output.
Analog output doesn't
change even after it has
been adjusted.
Probable cause
Range setting is wrong.
Analog output is misadjusted.
Break of wiring
"OVER FLOW" appears on the LCD.
"UNDER FLOW" appears on the LCD.
The output load is 600 Ω or more.
Analog output is misadjusted.
Hard failure
 Set the range correctly.
 Perform analog output calibration.
Range over
 Recommence setting of range data of
analog output.
Back flow
 Set upper/lower stream properly.
 It must be less than 600 Ω.
 Perform analog output calibration.
 Contact manufacture or service.
