Serial Control Protocol Commands

The RCM/KE series' built-in bi-directional RS-232 serial interface and LAN
port connection allows system control via receivers through a high-end
controller or PC. This control feature can also be accessed via TCP/IP through
a computer running Telnet. The port for Telnet commands should be set to
9130.

Configuring the Serial Port

The controller's serial port should be configured the same as the receiver's
default configuration, as shown below:
The receiver's Function Switch should be set to RS-232 Config (see page 11).
Before executing RS-232 commands across a network you must install the
KVM over IP Matrix Manager on a computer and ensure that it is online.
On your computer, open a terminal (command line) session. Please press
[Enter] to start "CLI Session".
