Using the removable oven door

Maintaining Your GC
All LVO GCs ship with a removable oven door that allows easier
access to the oven.
To prevent personal injury, when removing the door, take care to
adequately support the door using both hands or a second person.
Failure to properly support the door could cause it to fall.
To remove the oven door:
1 Cool the GC oven to ambient temperature.
2 Open the oven door, then turn the top hinge lever to unlock
it. See Figure 2.
Pull the top hinge lever down and tilt the top of the door out

to release the top pin from the hinge.
Using both hands, carefully lift off the oven door from the

lower oven door pin and remove the door from the GC.
To install the oven door:
Using both hands, carefully place the over door onto the

lower door pin.
Tilt the door up and under the upper hinge, then engage the
2
top pin into the hinge.
Lock the lever.
