15.4 Richtlinienkonformität
Dieses Medizinprodukt ist nach der Medical Device
Directive (MDD) 93/42/EEC mit CE-Kennzeichen
versehen. Ist dem CE-Kennzeichen eine Kenn-
Nummer nachgestellt, weist diese die zuständige
Benannte Stelle aus.
16 Reparatur-
Austauschprogramm
KARL STORZ unterhält ein Reparatur­Austausch­
lager, das im Normalfall ausreicht, um einen
un verzüglichen Austausch beschädigter Optiken
und Instrumente sicherzustellen. Im Reparatur­
Austausch erhalten Sie ein baugleiches,
neuwertiges Instrument, wobei Ihnen lediglich
die Repara turkosten des defekten Instrumentes
berechnet werden. Für Optiken erhalten Sie 1 Jahr
Garantie, für Instrumente 1/2 Jahr.
Bei Fiberskopen und Geräten ist eine individuelle
Reparatur notwendig. Zur Überbrückung der
Re paraturzeit erhalten Sie ggf. ein Leihgerät, das
unmittelbar nach Erhalt des reparierten Gerätes
wieder an KARL STORZ zurückzugeben ist.

Directive compliance

This medical device bears the CE mark in
accordance with the Medical Devices Directive
(MDD) 93/42/EEC. A code number after the CE
mark indicates the responsible notified body.
16 Repair and replacement
program
KARL STORZ maintains a repair and replacement
warehouse which is normally adequate to ensure
prompt replacement of damaged telescopes and
instruments. Under the repair and replacement
plan, you receive an identical as­new device and
are only charged the repair costs for the defective
device. For telescopes, you receive a warranty of
1 year, for instruments 1/2 year.
For fiberscopes and devices, individual repair is
necessary. To bridge the repair period, you will
receive a device on loan which you then return to
KARL STORZ as soon as you receive the repaired
device.

Niniejszy wyrób medyczny posiada oznakowanie
CE zgodne z Medical Device Directive (MDD)
93/42/EWG. Jeżeli po oznakowaniu CE
następuje numer identyfikacyjny, odnosi się on do
odpowiedniej jednostki notyfikowanej.
16 Program napraw i wymiany
KARL STORZ prowadzi magazyn części
zamiennych do napraw, aby zapewnić możliwość
niezwłocznej wymiany uszkodzonych optyk i
przyrządów. Na czas naprawy otrzymacie Państwo
identyczne nowe przyrządy, przy czym naliczone
zostaną wyłącznie koszty naprawy uszkodzonego
przyrządu. Na układy optyczne udzielamy 1­rocznej
gwarancji, na przyrząd obowiązuje gwarancja
1/2­roczna.
W przypadku fiberoskopów i urządzeń konieczna
jest indywidualna naprawa. Na okres naprawy z
reguły wypożyczane jest urządzenie zastępcze,
które należy zwrócić KARL STORZ niezwłocznie po
otrzymaniu naprawionego urządzenia.
W Niemczech w celu naprawy należy zwrócić się
bezpośrednio do:
