5 Warn- und Vorsichtshinweise
Bitte lesen Sie diese Anleitung sorgfältig durch,
und beachten Sie die Anweisungen genau. Die
Bezeichnungen Warnung, Vorsicht und Hinweis
haben spezielle Bedeutungen. Wo immer sie
in der Anleitung verwendet werden, sollte der
nachfolgende Text genau gelesen werden, um eine
sichere und effiziente Anwen dung des Instrumentes
zu gewährleisten. Zur deutlicheren Hervorhebung
wird den Bezeich nungen Warnung und Vorsicht
zusätzlich ein Piktogramm vorangestellt.

WARNUNG: Warnung macht auf eine Ge­
fährdung des Patienten oder des Arztes
aufmerksam. Die Nichtbeachtung einer
Warnung kann Verletzungen des Patien ten
oder des Arztes zur Folge haben.

VORSICHT: Vorsicht macht darauf
aufmerksam, dass bestimmte Wartungs­
oder Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zu treffen
sind, um eine Beschädigung des Instru­
mentes zu vermeiden.
1 HINWEIS: Hinweise enthalten spezielle
Informa tionen zur Bedienung des
Instrumentes, oder sie erklären wichtige
Informationen.
WARNUNG: Lesen Sie die nachfolgenden
Sicherheitshinweise vor der Benutzung des
Fiberskopes aufmerksam durch. Sie können
dadurch Gefährdungen Ihrer Patienten, Ihres
Personals sowie Ihrer eigenen Person vermeiden.
WARNUNG: Prüfen Sie das Fiberskop vor jeder
Anwendung auf Funktionsfähigkeit und ob korrekt
gereinigt, desinfiziert und ggf. sterilisiert wurde.
WARNUNG: Dieses Gerät darf während der
Entladung eines Defibrillators nicht verwendet
werden. Alle endoskopischen Geräte vom Patienten
und aus dem Operationsbereich entfernen.

5 Warnings and cautions
Please read this manual and follow its instructions
carefully. The words, Warning, Caution and
Note convey special meanings. Wherever they are
used in this manual, the text should be carefully
reviewed to ensure the safe and effective operation
of this product. To make the words Warning
and Caution stand out more clearly, they are
accompanied by a pictogram.

WARNING: A Warning indicates that the
personal safety of the patient or physician
may be involved. Disregarding a Warning
could result in injury to the patient or
physician.

CAUTION: A Caution indicates that
particular service procedures or safety
precautions must be followed to avoid
possible damage to the product.
1 NOTE: A Note indicates special information
about operating the product, or clarifies
important information.
WARNING: Before using the fiberscope, read
the following safety instructions carefully, to avoid
putting your patients, personnel or yourself at risk.
WARNING: Inspect the fiberscope prior to each
surgical procedure to ensure that it is functioning
correctly and that it has been correctly cleaned,
disinfected and (where applicable) sterilized.
WARNING: This equipment may not be used
during the discharge of a cardiac defibrillator.
Remove all endoscopic equipment from patient
contact and from the surgical site.

5 Wskazówki ostrzegawcze
Należy uważnie przeczytać instrukcję
użytkowania i stosować się do zaleceń. Nagłówki
„Ostrzeżenie", „Uwaga" i „Wskazówka" mają
w tej instrukcji specjalne znaczenie. We wszystkich
miejscach instrukcji obsługi, w których pojawiają
się te określenia, należy dokładnie przeczytać
następujący po nich tekst, w celu zagwarantowania
bezpiecznej i sprawnej pracy przyrządu. Dla
wyróżnienia nagłówków „Ostrzeżenie" i „Uwaga"
umieszczono przy nich dodatkowo odpowiedni
piktogram.

OSTRZEŻENIE: „Ostrzeżenie" zwraca
uwagę na zagrożenia dla pacjenta lub
lekarza. Skutkiem zignorowania ostrzeżenia
mogą być obrażenia pacjenta lub lekarza.

UWAGA: „Uwaga" wskazuje na
konieczność podjęcia określonych
czynności konserwacyjnych lub
zabezpieczających, mających na celu
zapobieganie uszkodzeniu przyrządu.
1 WSKAZÓWKA: „Wskazówki" zawierają
szczegółowe informacje dotyczące obsługi
przyrządu lub objaśnienie istotnych kwestii.
OSTRZEŻENIE: przed rozpoczęciem użytkowania
fiberoskopu należy uważnie przeczytać poniższe
wskazówki bezpieczeństwa. Pozwoli to uniknąć
zagrożeń dla pacjenta, personelu oraz samego
użytkownika.
OSTRZEŻENIE: przed każdym użyciem należy
sprawdzić poprawne działanie fiberoskopu oraz
upewnić się, że został on prawidłowo oczyszczony,
zdezynfekowany i w razie konieczności
wysterylizowany.
OSTRZEŻENIE: niniejsze urządzenie nie może być
stosowane podczas wyładowania defibrylatora.
Wszystkie urządzenia endoskopowe należy usunąć
z ciała pacjenta i obszaru operacyjnego.
