Einsatz der Fiberskope

VORSICHT: Ist der Widerstand beim
Einführen eines Instrumentes zu stark,
dann darf das Instrument nicht mit Gewalt
eingeführt werden. Instrument zurückziehen
und die Spitze des Instrumentes mit einem
wasserlöslichen Gleitmittel aufbringen.
Danach erneut einführen. Vor dem
Entfernen des Instrumentes aus dem
Patienten muss sich die distale Spitze in
gerader Position befinden.
• Zangen, Scheren und anderes Zubehör,
dessen Maulteile geöffnet bzw. geschlossen
werden können, sind immer mit geschlosse­
nen Maulteilen in den Instrumentenkanal
einzuführen. Die Maulteile dürfen erst geöff­
net werden, wenn die distale Spitze des
Instrumentes völlig aus dem Kanal ausgetre­
ten ist. Das Öffnen der Maulteile im Instru­
mentenkanal kann zu Beschädigung des
Fiberskops führen.

WARNUNG: Bei der Verwendung
von HF­Elektroden oder Lasersonden
muss sichergestellt werden, dass
eine Leistungsapplikation erst dann
erfolgt, wenn die aktiven Teile den
Instrumentenkanal verlassen haben und
sich im Sichtbereich des Operateurs
befinden. Eine Aktivierung im
Instrumentenkanal kann zur Beschädigung
des Fiberskopes und/oder zu Verletzungen
des Patienten führen.

WARNUNG: Die Anleitung des Laser­ und/
oder des HF­Generators ist zu beachten.

VORSICHT: Wird bei abgewinkeltem
Fiberskop Zubehör mit scharfen Spitzen
wie beispielsweise EHL­Sonden oder
Lasersonden in den Instrumentenkanal
eingeführt, so kann dies zur Beschädi gung
des Fiberskops führen.

CAUTION: If undue resistance is
encountered when inserting an instrument,
do not attempt to force the instrument.
Withdraw the instrument and apply a water
soluble lubricant to the tip of the instrument
and attempt to insert again. Prior to
removal of the instrument from the patient,
the distal tip must be in a straight position.
• When using forceps, scissors or other accesso­
ries that can be opened or closed, ensure that
the instrument is completely closed prior to
insertion into the instrument channel. Do not
attempt to open the jaws until the distal tip is
completely free of the channel. Opening the
jaws inside the instrument channel can lead to
damage to the fiberscope.

WARNING: When using HF electrodes
or laser probes, make sure that the active
parts are clear of the instrument channel
and in full view of the operating surgeon
before power is applied. Activation within
the instrument channel may damage the
fiberscope and/or injure the patient.

WARNING: Make certain to read the
instructions for the laser unit and/or HF
generator.

CAUTION: If accessories with sharp tips,
such as EHL probes or laser probes, are
inserted into the instrument channel of a
deflected fiberscope, this can damage the
fiberscope.

UWAGA: jeśli opór występujący podczas
wprowadzania przyrządu jest zbyt duży,
nie należy używać siły. Należy wyciągnąć
przyrząd i przesmarować jego końcówkę
rozpuszczalnym w wodzie środkiem
poślizgowym. Następnie ponownie
wprowadzić przyrząd. Przed wyjęciem
przyrządu z ciała pacjenta końcówka
dystalna musi się znajdować w pozycji
wyprostowanej.
• Szczypce, nożyczki i inne przyrządy, których
szczęki mogą być otwierane bądź zamykane,
należy zawsze wprowadzać do kanału
przyrządu w pozycji zamkniętej. Szczęki wolno
rozewrzeć dopiero wówczas, gdy końcówka
dystalna przyrządu całkowicie wyłoni się z
kanału. Otwieranie szczęk w kanale roboczym
może doprowadzić do uszkodzenia fibroskopu.

OSTRZEŻENIE: stosując elektrody wy­
sokiej częstotliwości lub włókna laserowe,
należy się upewnić, że aktywne akcesoria
opuściły kanał przyrządu i znajdują się
w zasięgu wzroku operatora. Aktywacja
w kanale przyrządu może spowodować
uszkodzenie fiberoskopu i/lub obrażenia u
pacjenta.

OSTRZEŻENIE: należy przestrzegać
instrukcji obsługi lasera i/lub generatora
wysokich częstotliwości.

UWAGA: wprowadzanie do kanału
przyrządu wyposażenia o ostrych
końcówkach, jak np. sonda EHL lub sonda
laserowa, przy końcówce fiberoskopu
ustawionej kątowo, może spowodować
uszkodzenie fiberoskopu.
