Cause
The pressure in the exhaust pipeline is too high.
- A valve in the pipeline may be shut.
- There may be process debris or condensation in the exhaust pipeline.
- You may have too many pumping systems connected to the exhaust pipeline.
Remedy
Refer to

Check that all valves in the exhaust line are open and consider whether process
debris or condensation are likely.
Fault
Warning 39.13 - Sensor missing
Cause
The exhaust pressure transducer is not fitted, disconnected or has failed.
Remedy
Check and rectify as necessary.
Fault
Warning 51.13 - Sup Missing
Cause
There is a communication problem within the pump controller. Refer to
controller communications
Remedy
Cycle the power to the pump. If the warning persists, contact us to replace the
pump controller.
Fault
Warning 54.11 - MB Temp High
Cause
The temperature of the booster pump is too high.
Remedy
Check that the cooling water is connected, switched on and is to the specification
given in Cooling water data.
Fault
Warning 54.13 - Sensor missing
Cause
The booster temperature sensor may have become disconnected or failed.
Remedy
- Check that the booster pump temperature sensor is fitted and is correctly
connected.
- Check the operation of the sensor and replace it if it has failed.
Fault
Warning 55.11/ Warning 63.11-DP Temp High
Cause
The internal temperature of the pump is too high.
