HEADLIGHT POD

HEADLIGHT POD DISASSEMBLY

1. Remove the screws retaining the front of the pod.
2. Remove the front half of the pod.
3. Remove the screws retaining the rear of the pod.
4. Disconnect the wiring harness from the electrical
components fastened to the pod.
NOTICE
Take note of all vent line, wiring harness, and throttle
cable routings for reassembly purposes.

HEADLIGHT POD ASSEMBLY

1. Install electrical components removed from the pod.
2. Reconnect all electrical components.
3. Route and refasten the vent lines, wiring harnesses,
and throttle cables as they were prior to disassembly.
4. Align the rear half of the pod with the mounting holes
and install screws. Torque screws to specification.
TORQUE
Headlight Pod Screws
10 in-lbs (1 N·m)
5. Align the front half of the pod and install screws.
Torque screws to specification.
TORQUE
Headlight Pod Screws
10 in-lbs (1 N·m)
