D Install the SERVOPACK perpendicular to the wall so that the front panel faces outward.
D Provide sufficient space around each SERVOPACK to allow cooling by natural convection.
D When installing SERVOPACKS side by side, install cooling fans above the SERVOPACKS
to prevent the temperature around each SERVOPACK from increasing excessively and also
to maintain an even temperature inside the control panel.
D When installing multiple SERVOPACKS side by side in a control panel, provide at least 10
mm (0.39 in) space between them and at least 50 mm (1.97 in) space above and below them
as shown in the figure on the buttom of the previous page and observe the following installa-
tion conditions:
• Ambient temperature for SERVOPACKS: 0 to 55°C
• Humidity: 90% RH or less
• Vibration: 4.9 m/s 2
• Condensation and freezing: None
• Ambient temperature (or in-panel temperature) to ensure long-term reliability: 45°C or
less
