Turning on or off the CryoBay sample eject air

N O T E
C A U T I O N
Cryogenic Systems Operation
The CryoBay Sample Eject Air will automatically be turned ON if the
CryoBay is power cycled or the CryoBay Monitor program is opened.
Turning off the CryoBay sample eject air
If the CryoBay Controls window is not available, the

CryoBay sample eject air may be manually turned off by
closing the CryoBay sample eject air needle valve.
While in the nominally Idle state, click the Stop button

in the CryoBay Controls window. An Air Off window
will appear.

Click Ok to accept (CryoBay eject air will be turned off).

Click Cancel if you do not wish to turn off CryoBay
sample eject air.
Do not click Stop if the system is in the Operating state. It will stop
cryogenic operations and begin warm up.
If in the Operating state, in the Send CryoBay command

line enter: <DO0 0>. Click Send CryoBay.
Turning on the CryoBay sample eject air
If the system is in the Idle state or the CryoBay Controls

window is not available:
Power cycle the UPS.
