If more than one Agilent Cold Probe is in use, the
correct temperature calibration file for the probe in use
should be loaded, as seen in
file extension is *.crv.
Do not change the temperature calibration parameter file unless
instructed to do so by a Service representative. Changes to the
parameter file may cause damage to the system.

on page 74. An updated parameter set may be
loaded if necessary. The default file name is
cryo.setup. This will load the CryoBay parameter set.
