General Operation Faults

Start window - cannot start. System not warm

Detach probe window - detach probe failed

Occurs: when Start is clicked.
Cause: initial temperature too low (CCC or probe below
285K).
Action: Idle
Check:
• Agilent Cold Probe/CryoBay temperature control cable
is connected.
• CCC 1, CCC 2 and probe are at room temperature.

Cause: system failed to purge the helium to less than 20
psi (0.14 mPa) within 10 minutes.
Action: Idle
Check:
• Pneumatic gas supply to CryoBay is at 80 - 100 psi
(5.5- 7.5 bar, 552 - 689 kPa).
