The date can also be entered as a string in the ISO 8601
date format (local time):
<UPLOAD FROM 2011- 6- 23T11:52:00> is equivalent to the
previous command.
(Note that the "T" separating the date from the time field is
required if the time part of the string is present - no "space"
is allowed.) The date string can be truncated by leaving off
less significant fields. For example:
<UPLOAD FROM 2011- 6- 23> sends all data more recent than
the beginning of June 23.
<UPLOAD FROM 2011- 6- 23T11:52 TO 2011- 6- 23T15> sends
all the data between the two times.
A "skip" argument can also be used in these modes, as in:
<UPLOAD FROM 2011- 6- 23T11:52 TO 2011- 6- 23T15 5>.
Uploads always include all the fault messages that occurred
in the time range of the data that is uploaded (skipping does
not apply to fault messages). So "<UPLOAD 100 4> will
return 25 data messages and all the fault messages that
occurred during the same time interval.
