Close the inlet and outlet valves to filter set 2.

Remove filter set 2.

Install clean filter in filter set 2.

Open the inlet to filter set 2.

Remove all air from the filter set.

Check for leaks.

Close inlet valves to filter set 2.

Damage to the He compressor from over-heating can result from air
bubbles in the cooling water line. Remove all air bubbles from the
cooling-water lines before operating the He compressor.
