Aereoquip connectors

Do not use solvents on Aeroquip fittings.
Use only the tools provided with the helium compressor. If
the tools are missing, use a torque wrench and tighten the
nuts to their specified torque as instructed in the following
procedure.
The Aeroquip fittings,
pressure helium supply and return lines have two nuts: a
union nut and a body nut for attaching the hose to the male
coupling that is secured to the helium compressor with a
bulkhead jam nut.
There are two coupling sizes:
1/2 inch coupling (#8)
• 1 3/16 inch (30mm) union nut
• 1 inch (26 mm) body nut
1/4 inch coupling (#4)
• 3/4 inch (19 mm) union nut
• 5/8 inch (16 mm) body nut
