Need to warm system and re-start
CCC requires maintenance. Contact Agilent Service
Cause:
Purge operation took too much time (either purging out < 20 psi
(0.14 mPa) or purging in > 240 psi (1.65 mPa)).
Action:
Idle
Check:
Helium cylinder is not empty, is set to 250 psi (1.7 mPa) and valves are
open.
Pneumatic gas supply to CryoBay is at 80 - 100 psi (5.5 - 7.5 bar,
552 - 689 kPa). See
page 101.
Cause:
Vacuum Pumping of CryoBay vacuum system takes too long
Action:
Idle
Check:
Vacuum line is connected properly to Agilent Cold Probe
Pneumatic gas supply to CryoBay is at 80 - 100 psi (5.5 - 7.5 bar, 552 - 689
kPa).
Contact Agilent Service.
