6 Operating status messages
Fault on supply connection side
• A power phase is not connected
• Line power is asymmetric
DC link voltage too low
• A power phase is not connected
• Load temporarily too high
Devices with external 24 V DC supply of the control
unit:
If the line voltage is switched off, but the control unit is still
supplied with 24 V DC, this error message also occurs.
If the line voltage is switched on again, the error message
must be acknowledged. It is not before until then that the
variable frequency drive can be released.
Error in EEPROM data
• Software version of the stored data set not
compatible with the software version of the VFD.
NOTE: Faulty parameters are automatically reloaded
(default data).
• EMC interferences (see also E020)
• EEPROM faulty
The upgrade level of the variable frequency drive was not
correctly identified.
EEPROM with a firmware status of version 1.2 or above
plugged in to an VFD with older firmware status → Loss of
parameters! (also see Information in section 5)
• Switch line voltage off and on again.
