Cause
• The F parameter version is incorrect.
Troubleshooting
• Check the F-parameters in the option board and the safety PLC.

Cause
• The F parameter CRC does not match.

Cause
• The device specific parameter CRC (iParameter CRC) does not match.
Troubleshooting
• Check the F-parameters in the option board and the safety PLC.

• Fault in the communication between the option board and the external safe fieldbus master.
• Interference.
