12.2.52 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S53 – Prox. sensor, Fault Number 4
Cause
•
When two proximity sensors are used: the signals of the proximity sensor have a different frequency.
Troubleshooting
•
Check the proximity sensors.
12.2.53 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S53 – Prox. sensor, Fault Number 5
Cause
•
The supported operating frequency for the proximity sensor 1 was exceeded.
Troubleshooting
•
Check the parameters.
•
Check the proximity sensor.
12.2.54 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S53 – Prox. sensor, Fault Number 6
Cause
•
The supported operating frequency for the proximity sensor 2 was exceeded.
Troubleshooting
•
Check the parameters.
•
Check the proximity sensor.
12.2.55 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S53 - Prox. Sensor, Fault Number Other
Cause
•
Faults related to the encoder.
•
A wrong phase shift between signals.
•
Discrepancy between different speed sources is too high.
Troubleshooting
•
Check the encoder connections.
•
Check the encoder parameters.
•
Check the encoder.
•
Reboot the AC drive.
•
If the fault reoccurs, contact the nearest distributor.
12.2.56 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S54 – Estimated Sp, Fault Number 1
Cause
•
Estimated speed difference exceeded (Allowed Deviation of Speed Sources, Speed Deviation Timer).
•
The rotation direction of the estimated speed and the encoder are opposite.
Troubleshooting
•
Check the encoder and estimated speed parameters.
•
Check the cabling (motor phases and encoder signals) to make sure that it does not cause one of the directions to reverse.
12.2.57 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S65 - PROFIsafe, Fault Number 4
Cause
•
The PROFIsafe telegram is commanding the drive to a fail-safe state.
•
The watchdog time was exceeded.
Troubleshooting
•
Check the F-parameters in the option board and the safety PLC.
