12.2.82 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S241 - CB Internal, Fault Number Any
Cause
•
An internal fault.
•
An incompatible firmware.
•
The communication between the control board and the option board was interrupted.
Troubleshooting
•
Reboot the AC drive.
•
Update the option board and/or control board firmware.
•
If the fault reoccurs, contact the distributor near you.
12.2.83 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S242 - CB Internal, Fault Number Any
Cause
•
An internal fault.
•

•

Troubleshooting
•
Reboot the AC drive.
•
Update the option board and/or control board firmware.
•

Cause
•
The parameter file used in the option board is not validated.
Troubleshooting
•
Commission and test the system configuration and validate parameter file.
12.2.85 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S243 - Drive Conf., Fault Number 33
Cause
•
Restoring a parameter file back-up to the option board failed.
Troubleshooting
•
Reboot the AC drive.
•
Make sure that there is a valid back-up to be restored.
12.2.86 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S243 - Drive Conf., Fault Number 34
Cause
•
Transferring of the parameter file from the option board to the control board failed.
Troubleshooting
•
Reboot the AC drive.
12.2.87 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S243 - Drive Conf., Fault Number 35
Cause
•
The AC drive received the F-parameters but no safe fieldbus communication is set.
Troubleshooting
•
Check the F-parameters in the option board and the safety PLC.
