Cause
•
An acknowledgment signal was received when the safety function was still requested and could not be acknowledged.
Troubleshooting
•
Deactivate the safety function request before acknowledging.

Cause
•
An acknowledgment signal was received when the safety function was still requested and could not be acknowledged.
Troubleshooting
•
Deactivate the safety function request before acknowledging.

Cause
•
An internal fault in the encoder interface board.
Troubleshooting
•
Reboot the AC drive.
•
If the fault reoccurs, contact the nearest distributor.

Cause
•
A fault detected in the encoder signal monitoring.
•
There is excessive ripple in a signal channel.
•
A wrong phase shift between signals.

Check the encoder connections.

•
Reference pulse from the encoder is missing or detected too often.
