12.2.19 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S32 - SafeF Common, Fault Number 5
Cause
• The reset signal cannot be accepted as the speed is above a monitoring limit at requested monitoring function.
Troubleshooting
• Check the requested safety functions.
• Check the motor speed and the speed sensors.
12.2.20 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S33 – STO, Fault Number 1
Cause
• The safety function is controlled from the PLC over fieldbus but the requested safety function is not parameterized to be used at
all.
Troubleshooting
• Make sure that the configurations of the PLC and the Advanced safety option board match.
12.2.21 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S33 – STO, Fault Number 2, 3
Cause
• The reset/acknowledgment signal cannot be accepted because the STO safety function is requested or the motor is rotating.
Troubleshooting
• Wait until the motor stops.
• Check the encoder.
12.2.22 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S34 – SS1, Fault Number 1
Cause
• The safety function is controlled from the PLC over fieldbus but the requested safety function is not parameterized to be used at
all.
Troubleshooting
• Make sure that the configurations of the PLC and the Advanced safety option board match.
12.2.23 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S34 – SS1, Fault Number 5
Cause
• An acknowledgment signal was received when the safety function was still requested and could not be acknowledged.
Troubleshooting
• Deactivate the safety function request before acknowledging.
12.2.24 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S35 – SS2, Fault Number 1
Cause
• The safety function is controlled from the PLC over fieldbus but the requested safety function is not parameterized to be used at
all.
Troubleshooting
• Make sure that the configurations of the PLC and the Advanced safety option board match.
12.2.25 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S35 – SS2, Fault Number 5
Cause
• An acknowledgment signal was received when the safety function was still requested and could not be acknowledged.
Troubleshooting
• Deactivate the safety function request before acknowledging.
