4) Again check to ensure
perfect alignment between the
drum passage tube and the LH
outlet spout, I-O position. If the
alignment is not correct, repeat
the operations described
above.
5) Power the other solenoid
valve to bring the opening of
the drum in line with the RH
outlet spout, I-X position.
6) Keep the solenoid valve pres-
surized and activate the Stop
Screw to align the internal
drum passage opening per-
fectly with the outlet spout, I-
X position. Having achieved
perfect alignment, also bring
the lock nut of the retainer
screw to flit flush in order to
block the aligned position de-
finitively.
7) Again check to ensure per-
fect alignment between the
drum passage tube and the
RH outlet spout, I-X position.
If the alignment is not correct,
repeat the operations de-
scribed above.
8) Switch lines at least twice,
from the I-X to the I-O posi-
tion, always chec king the
alignment.

4) Erneut die perfekte Ausrich-
tung zwischen dem Durch-
laufrohr der Trommel und dem
linken Auslauf in der Position
I-O prüfen. W enn die Aus-
richtung noch nicht korrekt ist,
muss man die oben beschrie-
benen Vorgänge wiederho-
len.
5) Die andere Solenoidspule
speisen, um das Loch der
Trommel auf die Höhe der
rechten Auslaufs in der Posi-
tion I-X zu bringen.
6) Das Magnetventil unter Druck
halten und die Ans c hlag-
schraube betätigen, um das
Durchlaufloch der Innentrom-
mel perfekt auf den Auslauf
in der Position I-X auszurich-
ten. Wenn die perfekte Aus-
richtung erreicht worden ist,
auc h die Gegenmutter der
Stells chraube in die An-
schlagstellung bringen, um
die ausgeric htete Position
endgültig zu blockieren.
7) Erneut die perfekte Ausrich-
tung zwischen dem Durch-
laufrohr der Trommel und dem
rechten Auslauf in der Positi-
on I-X prüfen. Wenn die Aus-
richtung noch nicht korrekt ist,
muss man die oben beschrie-
benen Vorgänge wiederho-
len.
8) Die Umschaltung von der Po-
sition I-X auf die Position I-O
mindestens zwei Mal ausfüh-
ren, um immer zu kontrollie-
ren, das s die Aus richtung
vorliegt
4) Vérifier encore une fois le
parf ait alignement entre le
tube de passage du tambour
et la bouche de sortie gau-
che, position I-O. Si l'aligne-
ment n'est pas correct répé-
ter les opérations décrites ci-
dessus.
5) Alimenter l'autre solénoïde
pour placer l'orifice du tam-
bour au niveau de la bouche
de sortie droite, position I-X.

6) Maintenir la vanne à solénoï-
des sous pression et action-
ner la Vis de Blocage pour
placer l'orifice de passage du
tambour interne parfaitement
aligné à la bouche de sortie,
position I-X. Après avoir ob-
tenu l'alignement parfait, met-
tre aussi en butée le contre-
écrou de la vis de blocage de
manière à bloquer la position
d'alignement définitive.

7) Vérifier encore une fois le
parf ait alignement entre le
tube de passage du tambour
et la bouche de sortie droite,
position I-X. Si l'alignement
n'est pas correct répéter les
opérations
décrites
dessus.
8) Effectuer au moins deux fois
le changement de ligne, de la
position I-X à la position I-O,
en contrôlant toujours l'ali-
gnement.

4) Verificare ancora una volta il
perfetto allineamento tra il
tubo di passaggio del tambu-
ro e la bocca di uscita sini-
stra, posizione I-O. Se l'alli-
neamento non dovesse es-
sere corretto ripetere le ope-
razioni sopra descritte.
5) Alimentare l'altro solenoide
per portare il foro del tambu-
ro in corrispondenza della
bocca di uscita destra, posi-
zione I-X
6) Mantenere la valvola a sole-
noide in pressione ed azio-
nare la Vite di Fermo per por-
tare il foro di passaggio del
tamburo interno perfettamen-
te allineato alla bocca di usci-
ta, posizione I-X. Una volta
raggiunto il perfetto allinea-
mento portare a battuta an-
che il controdado della vite di
fermo in modo da bloccare la
posizione allineata definitiva-
mente.
7) Verificare ancora una volta il
perfetto allineamento tra il
tubo di passaggio del tambu-
ro e la bocca di uscita de-
stra, posizione I-X. Se l'alli-
neamento non dovesse es-
sere corretto ripetere le ope-
ci-
razioni sopra descritte.
8) Eseguire almeno due volte lo
scambio di linea, dalla posi-
zione I-X alla posizione I-O,
controllando sempre l'alline-
amento.
