Cover assembly
The seals must be fitted before
fitting the cover on the diverter
valve.
1) Working from the rear part of
the cover (pos. 3, Fig. 24) in-
sert the snap ring (pos. 10,
Fig.24) in its seat, using the
pliers provided for the pur-
pose.
2) Continuing from the rear part
of the cover, insert the seal-
ing ring (pos. 11, Fig. 24) tak-
ing care to oil the cavity of
the cover (pos. 3, Fig. 24)
and the outer edges of the
sealing ring. Push the ring so
that it makes contact with the
snap ring already inserted,
without damaging it.
3) Turn the cover to be able to
work from the front and in-
sert the bearing (pos. 9, Fig.
24) in the seat at the centre
of the cover (pos. 3, Fig.24)
so that it makes contact with
the s nap ring (pos . 10,
Fig.24). Take care to avoid
damaging the bearing.
4) At this point, the cover can be
fitted on the diverter valve
taking care to avoid damage
to the seals and the bearing
with the drive pin (pos. 7, Fig.
24) and the drum hub.

Einbau des Deckels
Bevor man den Deckel auf der
Rohrweiche einbaut, sind die
Dichtungen zu montieren.
1) Auf der Rückseite des Deckels
(Pos. 3, Abb. 24) arbeiten und
den Seegerr ing (Pos . 10,
Abb. 24) in seine Aufnahme
stecken, indem man die ent-
sprechende Zange benutzt.
2) Immer auf der Rückseite des
Dec kels arbeiten und den
Dichtring (Pos. 11, Abb. 24)
einstecken, indem man den
Hohlraum des Deckels (Pos.
3, Abb. 24) und die Außen-
kanten des Dichtrings selbst
ölt. Den Ring soweit drücken,
bis er den vorher eingesetz-
ten Seegerring berührt, aber
ohne ihn zu beschädigen.

3) Den Deckel drehen, um auf
seiner Vorderseite arbeiten
zu können, und das Lager
(Pos. 9, Abb. 24) in die Auf-
nahme in der Mitte des De-
ckels (Pos. 3, Abb.24) ste-
cken, bis es den Seegerring
(Pos. 10, Abb.24) berührt.
Darauf achten, dass das La-
ger nicht beschädigt wird.
4) Nun kann man den Deckel am
W eichengehäuse montieren,
wobei man darauf achten
muss, dass die Dichtungen
und das Lager nicht durch
den Steuerbolzen (P os. 7,
Abb. 24) und die Trommelna-
be beschädigt werden.
M ontage du Couvercle
Avant de monter le couvercle de
la vanne déviatrice, il faut mon-
ter les joints.
1) En intervenant par l'arrière du
couvercle (pos . 3, fig. 24)
monter le circ lip (pos. 10,
fig.24) dans son siège en uti-
lisant des pinces spéciales.
2) Toujours par l'arrière du cou-
vercle, monter la bague
d'étanchéité (pos. 11, fig. 24)
en prenant soin de huiler la
rainure du couvercle (pos. 3,
fig. 24) et les bords extérieurs
de la bague d'étanc héité.
Pousser la bague jusqu'à ar-
river en contact avec le cir-
clip monté précédemment,
sans l'endommager.
3) Tourner le couverc le pour
pouvoir intervenir par l'avant
et monter le roulement (pos.
9, fig. 24) dans le logement
au centre du couvercle (pos.
3, fig.24) jusqu'à arriver en
contact du circlip (pos. 10,
fig.24). Faire bien attention à
ne pas endommager le roule-
ment.
4) On peut alors monter le cou-
vercle sur la vanne déviatri-
ce en faisant attention à ne
pas endommager les joints et
le roulement avec l'axe de
commande (pos. 7, fig. 24)
et le moyeu du tambour.

M ontaggio Coperchio
Prima di montare il coperchio al
deviatore, occorre montare le
tenute.
1) Operando dalla parte poste-
riore del coperchio (pos. 3,
fig. 24) inserire il Seeger (pos.
10, fig.24) nella sua sede, uti-
lizzando le apposite pinze.
2) Sempre dalla parte posterio-
re del coperchio, ins erire
l'anello di tenuta (pos. 11, fig.
24) avendo cura di oliare la
cava del coperchio (pos. 3,
fig. 24) e i bordi esterni del-
l'anello di tenuta stessa. Spin-
gere l'anello fino ad arrivare
a contatto con il seeger pre-
cedentemente inserito, sen-
za danneggiarlo.
3) Girare il coperchio per poter
operare dalla parte anteriore
ed inserire il cuscinetto (pos.
9, fig. 24) nella sede al cen-
tro del c operc hio (pos. 3,
fig.24) fino ad arrivare a con-
tatto con il seeger (pos. 10,
fig.24). Fare bene attenzione
a non danneggiare il cusci-
netto.
4) A questo punto si può mon-
tare il coperchio al deviatore
f ac endo attenzione a non
danneggiare le tenute ed il cu-
scinetto con perno comando
(pos. 7, fig. 24) ed il mozzo
del tamburo.
