Output ON/OFF Information Hold Function

Checks whether the output has been turned on or off.
Output ON information
Output ON information is stored in Output Y ON information Y (RWrC, RWrD).
Whether the output has been turned on or not can be checked with Output Y ON information Y (RWrC, RWrD).
Output Y ON information Y (RWrC, RWrD) can be cleared using Output Y ON information clear request Y (RWwC,
RWwD).
The amount of time delay from when Output Y ON information Y (RWrC, RWrD) changes until the external output
accordingly changes is no more than the maximum output response time.
