*1 This error occurs only once when an abnormality is detected. Before clearing the error, eliminate the cause and check that a data link is
established.
*2 For these types of errors, more than one error may not occur at the same time. If errors occur, eliminate the cause of one error after
another until a data link is established.

11.7 Error Code List
Error name
Description and cause
Communication
Invalid network settings are
setting error 1
received.
Communication
Network settings that cannot be
setting error 2
handled by the I/O module are
received.
IP address duplication
An IP address duplication is
detection
detected.
IP address setting
Values the I/O module cannot use
error
were set for the IP address and
subnet mask settings.
Network synchronous
"Network Synchronous
communication
Communication" of the I/O
setting error
module is set to "Synchronous".
Number of RX/RY
RX/RY with a number of points
points error
that cannot be handled by the I/O
module are set.
RWr/RWw number of
RWr/RWw with a number of
points error
points that cannot be handled by
the I/O module are set.
Communication cycle
When the I/O module was
setting error (1Gbps)
operating at a communication
speed of 1Gbps, a communication
cycle the I/O module could not
support was set.
Communication cycle
When the I/O module was
setting error
operating at a communication
(100Mbps)
speed of 100Mbps, a
communication cycle the I/O
module could not support was set.
RWr/RWw setting
The system area (RWr3/RWw3) is
error
not set in "RWr Setting" and
"RWw Setting".
Synchronization cycle
The synchronization cycle set in
setting error
the master station is not
supported by the I/O module.
Action
Power off and on the module power supply.
If this error occurs again, the possible cause is a module
failure.
Please consult your local Mitsubishi representative.
Check that the model name of the slave station set in the
network configuration settings matches the model name of
the actual device.
If this error occurs even when the model names match,
perform a firmware update so that the firmware of the I/O
module becomes the latest.
If this error occurs even with the latest firmware, the possible
cause is a module failure. Please consult your local
Mitsubishi representative.
Change the IP address so that no IP address duplication
occurs in the access range of CC-Link IE TSN. After change,
power off and on the module power supply.
• Without using the set IP address and subnet mask, the
module is operated based on the previous IP address and
subnet mask.
• The set IP address and subnet mask will not be saved in
non-volatile memory.
• Check the IP address and subnet mask again, and change
the settings to values the I/O module can use. After
change, power off and on the module power supply.
• Set "Network Synchronous Communication" of the I/O
module to "Asynchronous".
• Perform a firmware update so that the firmware of the I/O
module becomes the latest.
Set 32 or less for the number of points for RX and RY in the
network configuration setting.
Set 144 or less for the number of points for RWr and RWw in
the network configuration setting.
For the communication cycle setting, set a value supported
by the I/O module.
For the communication cycle setting, set a value supported
by the I/O module.
Correct the "RWr Setting" and "RWw Setting" in the network
configuration setting to assign the system area (RWr3/
RWw3).
Correct the synchronization cycle of the master station, and
then turn off and on the power supply of the I/O module or
perform remote reset.
