Checking by using CC-Link IE TSN/CC-Link IE Field diagnostics
■Checking by each I/O module
The production information of each I/O module can be checked by following the procedure below.
Operating procedure
1.
Connect the engineering tool to the CPU module.
2.
Start CC-Link IE TSN/CC-Link IE Field diagnostics from the menu.
[Diagnostics]  [CC-Link IE TSN/CC-Link IE Field Diagnostics]
3.
Right-click the slave station whose production information you want to display, and select "Production Information".
4.
The production information appears.
