SoundAdvisor Model 831C
While measurement settings can be indicated directly in the Active setup, it's
a good practice to save a custom setup file for each specific measurement.
Complete all sections to accomplish this.

Step 1
On the 831C, go to Tools
Step 2
In the Setup Manager File list, highlight the Default setup in the list and press

. This opens the Setup Manager pop-up menu.
Step 3
Select Save As. This opens the virtual keypad.

Enter a name for your Setup using the navigation buttons and select OK. Your
setup file appears in the Setup Manager list.
Some tabs (pages) in this section become available when you purchase and
install optional firmware from Larson Davis. If a step indicates a feature that
isn't available on your meter, move on to the next step.
