Navigate to the Calibration History tab.

Select a log entry from the list, and Calibration Spectrum window appears as

phone selection. The actual value is calculated during
calibration.

Delta dB is the difference between the level measured
during the current calibration and the level from the
previous calibration.

Sensitivity is shown in dB relative to 1 V/Pa.
