7. MAINTENANCE ACTIONS
< NOTE >
 The time required for collecting memory dump varies depending on the targeted
type of memory dump, the installed drive configuration, and the installed memory
size. Be noted that Complete Memory Dump factory-set on the Equipment requires
a relatively long time. (If you install 4GB memory in the B model, it takes about 40
minutes for Windows® XP and about 60 minutes for Windows® 7.)
 There may be a case that the "Beginning dump of physical memory" message on
the blue screen is not followed by the progress rate of memory dump but halts.
This means that the memory dump processing failed because of an error in the file
system or a disk error. If this symptom happens at a forced recovery from CPU
lock, at a hardware NMI, or at an uncorrectable memory error, record the upper five
lines of the STOP error message. Then, restart the Equipment either by pressing the
RESET switch or by recycling the power supply. For example, when a hardware
NMI has shown the screen (b) aforementioned, record the following lines:
Hardware malfunction.
***STOP :0x00000080(0x00000080,0x00003000,0x00000000,0x00000000)

0x9217: Uncorrectable Error at DIMM B
 In the above-mentioned case, however, if the symptom happens at a Windows®
STOP error, record the upper two lines of the STOP error message and then restart
the Equipment. For example, when a Windows® STOP error has shown the screen
(c) aforementioned, record the following lines:
***STOP.0x0000001e (0x0000009a,0x80123f36,0x02000000,0x00000246)
