1 0000 0000
1 27FF FFFF
(Max. 4.62 GB)
*1 The size of the video BIOS may change in future versions.
*2 Because the extended BIOS space is a narrow range from D0000 to DFFFF, the space may be
occupied with any existing devices or subject to future BIOS allocation for the then standard adapter.
Accordingly, it is least suggested to use the extended BIOS space for configuring a new device.
Otherwise, a conflict between devices may cause a malfunction.
*3 Even when 4 GB or greater main memory is physically mounted, the maximum usable memory size
is limited to approximately 3 GB by design of the OS.
Note: When multiple PCI/PCI-Express devices equipped with extended ROM are physically mounted,
the Equipment may fail to start up because of insufficient memory space for execution of extended ROM.
